How EZeeSAM collects, uses, and protects your information.

EZeeSAM ("we," "us," "our") operates a subscription platform that helps businesses discover and pursue federal contracting opportunities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a hash).
- Business profile: business name, contact information, website, plain-English description of products and services, geographic service areas, industry classifications, optional NAICS/PSC codes, capabilities, certifications, set-aside eligibility, existing SAM status, and notification preferences.
- Usage data: saved and dismissed opportunities, notes, task status, and activity within the platform.
- Billing data: subscription status and billing records processed through our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
Information we do not collect
We never request or store your Login.gov password, government account credentials, banking information, or unnecessary sensitive registration documents. Official SAM.gov registration and authorization remain entirely in your control.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the EZeeSAM platform and your subscriber account.
- To match you with relevant federal opportunities based on your business profile.
- To send welcome messages, registration guidance, opportunity digests, deadline alerts, and renewal reminders.
- To process subscription payments and manage billing.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
Data separation
Your business profile, saved opportunities, and private documents are associated with your organization and are not disclosed to other customers. Each organization's data is kept separate from other organizations' data.
Opportunity data
Federal opportunity data is retrieved from the official SAM.gov public Opportunities API and USAspending public API. This data originates from the U.S. government and is public. We preserve actual source data and do not invent missing values.
Data retention
We retain your account and business profile data for as long as your subscription is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
Your choices
- You can update your business profile and notification preferences at any time.
- You can cancel your subscription and retain access through your paid-through date.
- You can request export or deletion of your data.
