Terms of Service

1. About EZeeSAM

EZeeSAM is an independent commercial subscription platform that helps businesses discover, understand, and pursue federal government contracting opportunities. EZeeSAM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government or any federal agency. SAM.gov registration is free through the federal government; your subscription covers the EZeeSAM platform and guided assistance.

2. Subscriptions

• Two plans are offered with identical features: $149 per month and $1,490 per year, both automatically recurring.
• Annual subscribers save $298 compared to monthly billing.
• There is no setup fee.
• You may cancel at any time and retain access through your paid-through date.
• Failed payments may be retried; access is reconciled against the authoritative payment record.

3. No guarantee of award or eligibility

EZeeSAM does not guarantee that any bid will be accepted, that you will win a contract, or that you are legally eligible for any opportunity. We help you find and understand opportunities and prepare responses, but all award and eligibility decisions are made solely by the federal government. We distinguish a likely match from verified qualification and clearly label unknown or unverified information.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your business profile.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and not share them.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-assisted analysis or draft responses before submission.
• Official SAM.gov registration and authorization remain in your control. We will never ask for your Login.gov password, government credentials, or banking information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other customers' data, scrape or redistribute opportunity data at scale, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Each organization's data is kept separate from others'.

6. Opportunity data

Federal opportunity data is retrieved from the official SAM.gov public Opportunities API and USAspending public API. We preserve actual source data and do not invent missing values. Data freshness depends on the source APIs and our refresh schedule.

7. Limitation of liability

EZeeSAM is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on opportunity analysis, missed deadlines, or the accuracy of source data provided by third-party government APIs.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
